Skin Care Routine

Hello Everyone,

I hope your week is going well, not long until the weekend now thank The Lord!
Anyway I'm here today with my skin care routine. My routine has changed quite a lot throughout my teenage years (all 3 of them haha) and I have now finally found the products that work for me although I'm always on the hunt for bigger and better skincare products. I don't think I've done one of these before but I hope you enjoy anyway.
Links below:

Simple, St. Ives , Nivea, Origins, Vitamin E Cream

I have put these items into order of how I use them.
My skin type is normal with dry patches but I also get oily in the T zone as the day wears on but not super oily.
first I wash my face in the shower using simple face wash, I use this as it keeps my face clear and doesn't hurt my eyes as I have sensitive eyes.
Next I scrub my face- I use this twice to three times a week.
When I get out the shower I dry my face with a towel and use this Nivea toner-This is also great as it cools my face and doesn't irritate my eyes.
I then apply this spot treatment on my spots and if I think I've got one coming then I will apply this treatment to the area of concern.
After using all these products I add some moisture to my face using Superdrug own Vitamin E Cream which is super moisturising.

I hope you try out some of these products as I think they will work for everyone. I would do my night time routine but I haven't worked one out
yet that right for me.

Naked 3!!!

Hello Everyone,
As promised I have a make-up/ beauty post for you. This post is really exciting for me as I'm a big lover of makeup.

As you all have probably heard the Naked 3 pallet hit the shops and everybody went crazy for it, I searched high and low for this pallet but it was sold out everywhere, so on a recent trip to bluewater I stumbled across it in House Of Frazer and jumped at the opportunity to buy it. The Naked 3 pallet has been talked about, blogged about and youtubed about but now I actually have the product I can definalty understand why!

The Colours:

Strange, Dust, Burnout, Limit, Buzz, Trick, Nooner, Liar, Factory, Mugshot, Darkside, Blackheart

This pallet consists of rose-hued shadows where as the Naked 2 has more of a brown feel to it. These shadows are great quality and are quite pigmented but not the most bold colours I've seen before they are buildable if your looking for a more vibrant look.

I hope you have enjoyed this post and liked reading about the Naked 3 pallet.
Come back on Wednesday for another beauty post xox

Going Out Skort

Hello Everyone,
I have ANOTHER outfit post for you today- I promise the next one is a beauty post. This is an outfit you would wear if your going out, I love it as its got the latest trend in it.

links below outfit:

This outfit has the latest fashion involved which is the skort, you can dress the skort up or dress it down. Crop tops with patterns are a good way to make your outfit look better and add a touch of colour, but in this case it adds some texture. The shoes add a elegant touch to the outfit and the bag ties it all together.

Hope you enjoyed this outfit post and I promise that the next post will be something exciting and beauty based.

Smart Tartan

Hello everyone,
Hope your all doing well. I'm going to jump straight into this post as I can wait to share it with you :)
Links and info below.

Top

This outfit is defiantly on trend and is perfect for all occasions. This baggy top goes perfectly with the tight skirt as there is a contrast in the two items. The skirt also adds a slight pop of colour without being to bright and out there so it is perfect for those people afraid of standing out from the crowd. The earrings and bracelets are a dainty touch to make the outfit more feminine and less harsh. Socks are a great way to make the outfit a bit more fun and you can get hold of them in a wide variety of colours so they go with any outfit.

I hope you liked this post and got a idea or two for one of your future outfits.

lots of love

Red Cami and Cut Outs

Hello Everyone,
Today I'm back to my usual type of post which is a casual outfit that you can dress up or down. I would personally wear this out fit if I was going to Oxford Street to shop 'til I drop.
Links under pictures:

This outfit is perfect if you aren't the most girly girl but is still pretty because of the prints on the trousers and the colour of the top (this top is also sold in different colours). the shoes add a more edgy look to it and so does the jewellery because its not as bling as other jewellery.

Bags:

I love these bags all of them are amazing and are suited to different styles. Bag One is for more dressy occasions or if your the type of person who doesn't carry much. Bag Two (I call this the city bag) this bag is a bag somebody would use to a look a little smarter and is a person who likes an order. Bag Three the slouchy tote bag this bag is perfect if you like to chuck things into your bag and go, its an easy bag to carry and is perfect for anyone.

Thanks for reading and I hope this gives you some inspiration for an outfit you would like to wear. Check back soon for another post!

Birthday Presents

Hello everyone,
Due to having too much fun on my birthday and being carried away I forgot to photograph my presents but I did promise to do a what I got for my birthday post. As everything I got has been put away or  used now I thought I would do a more wordy post and no pictures, I'm very sorry!

My first and main big present was of course a trip to NEW YORK! (already been blogged about.)
My next amazing presents were a DKNY purse and a beautiful bracelet.
I also got little bits like PJ's, sweets, and jewellery. I also got money and gift vouchers.

These are all the bits and bobs I got for my birthday and I'm very grateful to each and every person who brought me something. These are the best presents I could have ever received but the best present of all is all of your support and constant views on my blog- So thank you very much!!

Sorry about the short post but I hope you enjoyed :)

Birthday Make-Up

Hello Everyone,
As promised I have my Birthday make up to share with you. As I was so busy seeing family and friends on my birthday I didn't have time to take a picture of the make up whilst it was on my face but I still thought I'd share it with you anyway.

Face/base:
First of all I washed my skin with Simple Triple Action Face Wash.
Then moisturised with E45 Cream.
I next applied a mixture of MAC Match Master foundation in 1.0 and Studio Fix Fluid in NW13 with a Real Techniques Stippling Brush to stipple the foundation on to my face then buffed in using a Real Techniques Buffing Brush from the Core Collection.
Next I added some Sleek Contour powder in light in the hollows of my cheeks and in my temples to give my face a more defined look, I used a contour brush from the Real Techniques Core Collection to do this.
I applied some Sephora Pressed Blush in Rose Sorbet with the Real Techniques Blush Brush.

Eyes:
For my eyes I used the Urban Decay Naked 2 Pallet
First I took Foxy (1) and applied it all over the lid to give an even colour using a MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush.
Then in the crease I used the colour Tease (5) with a MAC 217 Blending Brush.
Next I added some Pistol (8) and Blackout (12) mixed together in the outer V of my eye to give a more smokey look and blended in using the same brush.
After I patted Verve (9) into the middle of my eyelid to make the look more glittery.
Then I lined my top and bottom water lines in Rimmel Soft Khol Kajal Eye Pencil.
I then coloured in my eye brows using the GOSH Eyebrow Kit.
Finally for the eyes I coated my eyelashes in the L'Oreal Volume Million Lashes Excess Noir Extra-Black.

Finishing off:
To finish off the look I powdered my face with MAC Mineralised Skin finish in Medium and sprayed it with MAC Fix+ to make sure my make up would stay all night.
Last of all I added Max Factor Lipstick in Bewitching Coral to finish my look.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. Don't forget to check back next week to see what I got for my birthday :)
